Getting Started with SneakersBook: Set Up Your Sneaker Collection
To start tracking your sneaker collection with SneakersBook, download the free app on iOS or Android (or use the web app), create an account, and add your first pair by scanning it with your camera or searching by name or style code. Your collection, values, and stats sync across devices automatically.

What you get with a free account
The free tier covers everything a collector needs to catalog a collection: unlimited browsing, core collection tracking, estimated market values on each pair (based on recent market data), release drop reminders, public collector profiles, leaderboards, achievement badges, and community upvotes.
SneakersBook Pro adds higher collection limits, price alerts, price-history charts, advanced analytics, and CSV or PDF export for insurance or record keeping. You can start free and upgrade whenever your collection outgrows the basics.
Tips for a clean catalog from day one
Log the purchase price and date on every pair as you add it. Backfilling later is the number one chore collectors regret, and accurate cost data is what makes your portfolio analytics meaningful.
Use consistent condition grades as you add pairs (deadstock, worn a few times, beaters). Condition tracking helps you understand what your collection is really worth and which pairs deserve better storage.
